What a great way to relive a childhood classic by watching with friends or even taking your child. The 3d was good, and I love how the original movie mess-ups (ie..Gaston's hole in his sock was fixed when he fell in the pond...) are still included in. The best part of seeing this movie in the theater is that you can sing along to all the wonderful songs. This is a movie for the entire family to see together.

Loved the 3d. This is deff still my favorite classic Disney film. Beauty and the beast has the best meaning behind it. Never judge a book by its cover. This made my day!

This was my second favorite Disney movie as a child so I'm biased to say that I loved Beauty and the Beast in 3D; it made it a little more magical.

I walked into Beauty and the Beast 3D, excited beyond words at the prospect of this beloved story coming to life as the classically two-dimensional figures would futuristically pop right out of the screen. So, the first time the 3D experience really took shape during the first scene, where the enchanted castle jumped out of the screen as was easily an arm's length away- that was pretty cool. But unexpectedly the phenomenon grew old as I was no longer in awe of these "revolutionary" effects. It was quite strange, I thought more aspects of the movie would have been touched with the magic 3D effect, but I was disappointed to see that for the most part things looked rather 2D with a few exceptions. Every time I watch this movie, I love it more and more, but I certainly wouldn't pay $15 dollars for this "new" 3D experience. This "Tale as told as time" is positively perfect just the way it is, in the comfort of your own home, in a classic 2D format.

For anyone that loves a good Disney movie then this is the movie for you. I went to the midnight showing last night and enjoyed every minute. Just as wonderful and beautiful as ever.
